bradley cooper maybe it’s time lyrics – Bradley Cooper Lyrics

In the movie, Lincoln, Donald Sutherland played a man named Brad Carter who tried to find out what life might be like if Abraham Lincoln never became president. This is all true and I know a lot of people will not believe it but I am very familiar with this book and I really enjoyed it and the movie. When I saw it was a book I wanted to read, the premise was really intriguing, maybe it’s time to start making this become a reality? I liked the characters very much and when I was watching the movie, I was very amazed by the way how he played all the characters in such a short period of time.
The Lincoln assassination and its aftermath were a very good story and Brad Cooper did a very good job with it. He did a great job with the scene where he explained how President Lincoln died. This gave me a sense of satisfaction to see an actor doing such a wonderful job. Another thing I like about the book is the character and what happened in the life of Lincoln. With the situation as what happened in our times, it would be very interesting to see how the story would go if the fictional character happened to actually live through the same time.
I really enjoyed the book and I think it’s time to give this a shot. Maybe it’s time to write it as a novel or an actual screenplay. Singer Bradley Cooper
Song Writer Michael Jason Isbell
Maybe it’s time to let the old ways die
Maybe it’s time to let the old ways die
It takes a lot to change a man
Hell, it takes a lot to try
Maybe it’s time to let the old ways die
Nobody knows what awaits for the dead
Nobody knows what awaits for the dead
Some folks just believe in the things they’ve heard
And the things they read
Nobody knows what awaits for the dead
I’m glad I can’t go back to where I came from
I’m glad those days are gone, gone for good
But if I could take spirits from my past and bring’ ’em here
You know I would, you know I would
Nobody speaks to God these days
Nobody speaks to God these days
I’d like to think he’s looking down and laughing at our ways
Nobody speaks to God these days
When I was a child they tried to fool me
Said the worldly man was lost and that the hell was real
Well, I’ve seen hell in Reno
And this world’s one big ol’ Catherine wheel
Spinnin’ still
Maybe it’s time to let the old ways die
Maybe it’s time to let the old ways die
It takes a lot to change your plans
Hella drain to change your mind
Maybe it’s time to let the old ways die
Oh, maybe it’s time to let the old ways die
